Delivery

Our local business customers receive free next-day desktop delivery with no minimum order value on in-stock items.  As a Pettus customer, you get the same professional driver with each delivery that has knowledge of how you want your products delivered. 

In addition, our nationwide distribution network and logistics partners allow us to drop-ship across the United States.  Additional shipping charges may apply for drop-ship accounts.  Special order items may have additional lead times.  We do not ship outside of the United States or to Alaska and Hawaii.  In addition, we do not ship to PO boxes or freight forwarding companies.

Returns

Most of the products we offer can be returned within 30 days.  Some exceptions to this policy include certain technology, furniture, and special order items.  Please contact your Pettus representative for questions about returning an item.
