Warranted 5 years on fences or siding, 3 years on decks. Fortified with Penetrol for excellent penetration. Excellent UV protection, provides a mildew resistant finish, water repellent, resists color fading. Dry time is 24 hours depending on temperature and humidity. 1 coat application only, can add more to surface if surface is absorbing in rapidly, but only for first 10 minutes. Clean up with Mineral Spirits.
