TOPS MUST BE OILED ON ALL SURFACES EVERY 1-2 WEEKS DEPENDING ON USE OR CONDITIONS FOR UP KEEP. WORK SURFACE CLEANING MILD HOUSE HOLD CLEANERS SUCH AS SOAP AND WATER SOLUTIONS, WINDEX, AND LYSOL ARE RECOMMENDED FOR SURFACE CLEANING.
