An inner jacket with one-hundred-gram Thinsulate gives real warmth on cold shifts. Sleeves unzip to convert the jacket into a vest, and the inset hood stows away. Pockets, a cell pocket, mic tabs and YKK No.5 zippers keep your gear handy. If you work highways or busy sites, it keeps you seen and comfortable.
