A weatherproof 300D oxford shell with breathable polyurethane sheds rain and holds shape. Two-inch ANSI-compliant 3M Scotchlite reflective tape wraps chest and sleeves for night visibility. Zip the inner jacket with a one-hundred-gram 3M Thinsulate lining on cold days. Remove sleeves and the jacket becomes a vest, no toolbox of parts needed. Fits chests from thirty-four to thirty-six inches, size small keeps things trim. Dual mic tabs, cell phone pocket and YKK zippers keep tools close.
