It suits transportation crews, roadside workers and anyone handling accessories or gloves. Use it as a jacket, zip off the sleeves for a vest, or zip it into an outer shell parka to make a parka. It uses quilted Thinsulate for warmth without bulk and a weatherproof 300D Oxford polyester shell. Picture being seen by 3M reflective tape, heard through the mic tabs, and still dry at quitting time.
