Ever had a jacket that does the job and then hides in your locker? This one does not. You need visibility and warmth without bulk. So we designed a jacket that adapts to your day. It starts with lime fabric and two inch 3M Scotchlite reflective tape that returns light to drivers. Made for road crews, night-shift warehouses and anyone working near traffic, you can wear it as a jacket, unzip the sleeves to make a vest, or zip it into the Ergodyne 8386 shell for parka-level coverage. The quilted body uses one hundred grams of Thinsulate, sleeves eighty grams, keeping you warm but nimble. Rib-knit cuffs, mic tabs and a right-chest badge holder make it practical on the job.
