Quilted Thinsulate in the body and sleeves gives warmth-one hundred grams in the torso and eighty grams in the sleeves-without puffing you up. The 300D polyester shell sheds wind and rain while breathing, so you stay dry and not clammy. Small details like rib-knit cuffs, a badge pocket and two mic tabs make every shift easier. Machine wash it and wear it the next day.
