The outer 300D Oxford shell has a PU coating so light rain beads up and slides off. Inside you get a two-hundred-twenty-gram microfleece liner that finishes cold shifts without bulk. Two-inch 3M Scotchlite reflective tape across chest and arms lifts visibility when headlights hit it, and the black sleeves hide grime. Cuffs seal with hook-and-loop straps, tuck the drawstring hood away and stash gloves in roomy pockets. If you work nights or in roadside traffic, this jacket keeps you seen, warm and less worried.
