You want a left return that actually fits with what you already own. It joins the 10500 right-pedestal desk or pairs with shells, peninsulas and corner units, so layouts are simple. The full-height modesty panel hides legs; two drawers give a place for supplies and active files. Box drawer glides on ball bearings and opens about three quarters of the way; file drawer extends fully and accepts side-to-side letter or legal, or front-to-back letter filing with the included hangrails. Tops and ends wear a thermal-fused laminate over just over one-and-one-eighth-inch solid-core particleboard, so surfaces shrug off warping, scratches and stains. Picture cables tucked through the three-inch grommet and a calmer, neater desk.
