Description

The M-D Aluminum Commercial Flat Top Threshold is designed to seal the bottom of your door from drafts, moisture, dust and insects. This threshold is approved by the ADA and is great for doorways which need wheelchair access. It is UL-fire rated to be compatible with fire rated doors. This feature reduces the spread of fire and smoke between rooms. To seal your doorway, this product should be used with a door sweep or an under door seal. All of the hardware needed for installation is included. Before installation, the threshold can be cut to a desired length by using a hacksaw.
